How did you make this?

1st- I read the book, Teaching to Strengths by Debbie Zacarian, and took chapter summary notes on post-its.

2nd- I took all those post-it notes and synthesized the key information into categories.

3rd- I figured out how I would present the information through sketchnoting (visual note-taking) on my iPad Pro with Apple Pencil. As I had just heard a recommendation from Doug Neill (Verbal to Visual), about the app, Concepts, I opted to give it a try.

*This app proved to be great for mind-mapping on a digital canvas that continues to expand and grow. That said, my first take of the video (using the iPad built in screen recorder) turned into a motion sickness mess! The zooming in and out while panning the screen did not make for easy following. So I opted to screenshot the images and tell the information through a more traditional slide-deck/screencasting format (using Loom).
