Raise your hand

If you call out my name it interrupts my time with the student I am currently working with. I want to give each of you my undivided attention, so it could take (number of students in the class amount of time) minutes to get to you, if I take just one minute with each student. I will do my best to acknowledge you when you raise your hand so you know that I will be making my way to you.
