We care about you!
There is growing evidence that social media is causing harm to young people’s mental health. RAHS, along with many school across the country, are working to reduce this harm by limiting cell phone use at school.
Ask the Media Center staff about storing your phone in our secure cabinet!

Suggestions for boosting your mental health and reducing your cell phone use:Challenge yourself to put the screen down and pick up new habits — like reading a book!Instead of reaching for your phone, do something creative. Write, draw, dance, take photos; anything that brings creative energy back into your life.Create cell phone breaks during meals, before bed, while on vacation or socializing.
