Vision Planning Tips

Some tips for completing this document:

  1. Start by choosing one or two key areas of focus that align with your district’s needs and your engagement intentions
  2. Think about how the change would evolve over time—what’s happening now, what small steps could you take to make progress, and what would success look like at full implementation?
  3. Use simple, specific language for success criteria. Focus on things that are easily observable and measurable.
  4. Work collaboratively if possible—engaging other stakeholders in developing the success criteria can help get buy-in and create shared ownership of the change process.
