Purpose, Vision, and Mission

of Self-Actualization and Universal Synergy

for our Communities and World

Purpose (The Why):

To co-create the world we know we know in our hearts is possible

  • To engage in conscious, intentional, responsible (ability to respond), life-empowering, integrated conduct and actions.

  • To act respectfully, lovingly, collaboratively, and voluntarily-as-inspired.

  • To embrace “right relations” & “right livelihood”; live with reverence for, in sacred harmony with, and as responsible stewards of all our relations.

  • To develop our common values so that we can self-govern based on our inspirations and common sense of goodness and justice.

  • Through presencing, to collaboratively and synergistically co-create in heart resonance and harmony with one another life-empowering and peaceful communities and world for all.

Vision (The What):

Self-actualized/integrated individuals are collaboratively and synergistically co-creating the "The Ideal Universal Society”; the world we know in our hearts is possible, a free, peaceful, healthy, just, collaborative, and regenerative world where we all thrive in harmony.

Mission (The How):

  • Collaboratively explore and engage Self-Actualization and Universal Synergy.

  • Be on a path of self-actualization so as to effectively and synergistically co-create the communities and world we know in our hearts is possible.

  • Practice individual and collective presencing, allowing for an evolutionary impulse to inspire us into “awakened doing”.

  • Re-member who we truly are. Be who we are - together.

  • abiding in the awakened heart
  • humility and gratitude

Essentials of Self-Actualization

  • Consciousness as Prime (Working Premise: Believing/Intending is Seeing. The World is as We Dream It. As within, so without.)

  • The Power of Language

  • Language as a social construct affects our experiences

  • We either allow language to disempower/manipulate us or we choose/create language that empowers/liberates/transforms us

  • Path of Self-Understanding and Personal Integration

  • Awareness of our Operating System

  • Our Brain Hardware - cerebellum, limbic system, neocortex, and prefrontal lobe

  • How we function and make choices: Event, Experience (Perceptions), Interpretations, and Responses

  • The Gap - the space between the percept (an object of perception; something that is perceived) and the concept, and being responsible for our interpretations and choices as creators - as the source of our freedom. “Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” - Viktor E. Frankl

  • Reorienting/Retraining Our “Default” Operating System (often unconscious); Expanding Our Perspectives & Awareness

  • Awareness of Attitudes/Beliefs from Our Childhood

  • Eliciting & listening to our subselves, our personae, into consensus. Acknowledging/taking responsibility for our faith in ourselves.

  • Awareness of our Personality Types, Development Stages, and States of Consciousness (AQAL Integral Map. Map of Consciousness)

  • Creating the Transcendent Perspective. Inner Sanctuary. The Transcendental I - Our Essence, Our Witness/Observer.

  • Meditation and Presence - Our Awakening

  • Heart Resonance/Compassion and Conscious Evolution

  • Conscious Manifestation (CPR: Context, Purpose, Results. Being and “Awakened Doing”. Developing Individual Purpose, Vision, and Mission (PVM) Statements and Affirmations. PVM Stages. Dynamics: Awareness, Intention, Choosing, Commitment, Action, Accountability.)

Essentials of Universal Synergy

  • Personal Responsibility/Accountability within Collaborative Community

    • The Relationship between the Individual and Community

    • What does it mean to be honorable, to be in honor, to be qualified to self-govern? Creating our own oath.

  • Oneness Consciousness, Our Interconnectedness, Indigenous Wisdom, Balancing the Masculine/Feminine principles, Collective Heart Resonance/Compassion, Collaborative Wholism (vs. Rivalrous Tribalism), Synergy and Emergence

  • The History and the Why - for context and as an evolutionary driver

  • Awareness of ourselves in our current culture, realizing we are subject to taxation without representation, debt and wage slavery, and a technocratic transhumanism totalitarian tiptoe (gallup)

  • Becoming our own authority and revendicating consent-based self-governance and the right to issue the money to fund what we desire

  • Language as a Tool for Civilization (including Quantum/Transformative Language and Creating New Memes)

  • Our Collective Purpose - Securing/Protecting our Unalienable Rights, Self-Governance, Money Issuance and Funding, Self-Actualization and Individual Integration, Community/Universal Coherence/Synergy, a Culture of Peace

  • Creating The New Story - by seeing our role in the Universal story, deepening our connection to Source/Higher Guidance, shifting from ego to essence, following our evolutionary impulse/vocational arousal/compass of joy, creating a resonant field with pioneering souls, synergistically co-creating the communities/world we know in our hearts is possible.

  • Developing the Colleagueship and Mobilizing Healthy Community (including the power of ritual)

  • Conscious Manifestation (CPR: Context, Purpose, Results. Being and “Awakened Doing”. Developing Collective Purpose, Vision, and Mission (PVM) Statements and Affirmations. PVM Stages. Dynamics: Awareness, Intention, Choosing, Commitment, Action, Accountability.)

Resources for Conscious Collaborating

- Dynamic Governance/Sociocracy is based on all members having a voice, in the round at times, all voices being equal, and decisions (as good enough for now, safe enough to try with a method of evaluation within a time frame) being made by active consent, with objections as well reasoned "arguments" being welcome to deepen the conversation and account for unintended consequences. https://www.sociocracyforall.org/

- Bohm Dialogue

https://www.bohmdialogue.org/

“If we are to live in harmony with ourselves and with nature, we need to be able to communicate freely in a creative movement in which no one permanently holds to or otherwise defends his own ideas.” https://www.brainpickings.org/2016/12/05/david-bohm-on-dialogue/

- Collective Presencing

“...the practice brings the benefit of generating wise action on behalf of the whole, as well as a deep, ongoing engagement with the social and natural field—the level from which generative social transformation of the kind we so badly need can spring.”

https://www.kosmosjournal.org/article/collective-presencing-a-new-human-capacity/

https://www.collectivepresencing.org/

https://www.presencing.org/

- Goethean Conversation

"The purpose of Goethean conversations is to call forth a fullness of spiritual life, not to stage displays of intellectual fireworks. They strive to enter the sun-warm realm of living thoughts where a thinker uses all of himself as a tool of knowledge, where – in the manner of his thinking – he takes part as a creative spirit in the ongoing creative process of the cosmos."

- Eckhart Tolle's wisdom on presence is about allowing for the "evolutionary impulse" to prompt/inspire us into "awakened doing" (vs. "egoic efforting"). https://eckharttolle.com/a-new-earth-excerpt/
