路加福音2:8-12
8 在伯利恒之野地里有牧羊的人，夜间按着更次看守羊群。 9 有主的使者站在他们旁边，主的荣光四面照着他们；牧羊的人就甚惧怕。 10 那天使对他们说：“不要惧怕！我报给你们大喜的信息，是关乎万民的； 11 因今天在大卫的城里，为你们生了救主，就是主基督。 12 你们要看见一个婴孩，包着布，卧在马槽里，那就是记号了。”
1神吩咐这一切的话说： 2我是耶和华你的神，曾将你从埃及地为奴之家领出来。3除了我以外，你不可有别的神。4不可为自己雕刻偶像，也不可做什么形象仿佛上天、下地和地底下、水中的百物。5 不可跪拜那些像，也不可侍奉它，因为我耶和华你的神是忌邪的神。恨我的，我必追讨他的罪，自父及子，直到三四代；6爱我守我诫命的，我必向他们发慈爱，直到千代。7不可妄称耶和华你神的名，因为妄称耶和华名的，耶和华必不以他为无罪。
1 And God spoke all these words: 2 “I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. 3 “You shall have no other gods before me. 4 “You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. 5 You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, 6 but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments.7 “You shall not misuse the name of the LORD your God, for the LORD will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name.
8当记念安息日，守为圣日。 9六日要劳碌做你一切的工，10但第七日是向耶和华你神当守的安息日。这一日你和你的儿女、仆婢、牲畜，并你城里寄居的客旅，无论何工都不可做。11因为六日之内，耶和华造天、地、海和其中的万物，第七日便安息，所以耶和华赐福于安息日，定为圣日。12当孝敬父母，使你的日子在耶和华你神所赐你的地上得以长久。13不可杀人。14不可奸淫。15不可偷盗。16不可作假见证陷害人。17不可贪恋人的房屋，也不可贪恋人的妻子、仆婢、牛驴并他一切所有的。（出20:1-17)
8 “Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. 9 Six days you shall labor and do all your work,10 but the seventh day is a sabbath to the LORD your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your male or female servant, nor your animals, nor any foreigner residing in your towns.11 For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.12 “Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the LORD your God is giving you. 13 “You shall not murder.14 “You shall not commit adultery. 15 “You shall not steal.16 “You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor. 17 “You shall not covet your neighbor’s house. You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, or his male or female servant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor.”

作假见证陷害人(Give false testimony against neighbor)
你想，这三个人哪一个是落在强盗手中的邻舍呢？” 他说：“是怜悯他的。”耶稣说：“你去照样行吧。”(路10：36-37)
“Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?” The expert in the law replied, “The one who had mercy on him.” Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise.” (Luke10:36-37)
作假见证陷害人(Give false testimony against neighbor)
审判官要细细地查究。若见证人果然是作假见证的，以假见证陷害弟兄， 你们就要待他如同他想要待的弟兄。这样，就把那恶从你们中间除掉。 （申19：18-19）
The judges must make a thorough investigation, and if the witness proves to be a liar, giving false testimony against a fellow Israelite, then do to the false witness as that witness intended to do to the other party. You must purge the evil from among you. (Deu 19:18-19)

耶和华所恨恶的有六样，连他心所憎恶的共有七样，就是高傲的眼，撒谎的舌，流无辜人血的手，图谋恶计的心，飞跑行恶的脚，吐谎言的假见证，并弟兄中布散分争的人。 (箴6：16-19）
There are six things the LORD hates, seven that are detestable to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are quick to rush into evil, a false witness who pours out lies and a person who stirs up conflict in the community. (Proverbs 6:16-19)
