Sharing Calendars
When creating a new calendar...
Integrate Calendar - Subscribe
Link to access the calendar �from a web browser �(calendar must be set to public)
Link for others to subscribe (calendar must be set to public)
Link for family members or other trusted individuals to subscribe (calendar does not have to be public)
Settings → Integrate Calendar
Daily Email Notification
(Settings → General Notifications)
If you have multiple calendars that you want included, you will have to change this setting in each calendar.
Get a daily email for your calendar events
Embedding Calendars
You can embed your calendar into another website by copying and pasting some HTML code.
Copy this embed code and paste into website.
Customize the embedded calendar.
Settings → Integrate Calendar

Change options and then copy & paste generated HTML.
Change display options on the left side.
Choose which calendars to embed.

When satisfied, click Update HTML button and copy/paste the code.
Creating Appointment Slots
Click on the date you wish to create appointment slots, then click the Appointment slots option.
Give your slots a title, select start and end date and time, and then select a duration for each slot.
Your slots will appear on the calendar.

Hint: Do NOT use the red plus sign when creating appointment slots!

Click on the calendar item to see details.

Click on the appointment page link to go to signup page. Copy this link and share it with others.

The visitor will click on a slot that works for them to schedule an appointment. They must have a Google (or Gmail) account in order to book.

The visitor will save the appointment. Details will automatically be added.

The appointment will automatically be added to your calendar. You and the visitor will automatically receive a calendar invite via email to which you can RSVP or change details.

Add-ons
Just like Gmail, Calendar also has Add-ons which you can install.
Currently, these Add-ons are mainly compatible with video conferencing software such as Webex, Zoom and GoToMeeting.
Keyboard Shortcuts
Google Calendar also has keyboard shortcuts. You can enable them in Settings.
Once enabled press ? to see a list of shortcuts.
