2. Remove the screen cable from the HDMI driver board; remove the shading tape and screen frame fixing screws, and remove the old screen and old screen frame.
3. Take out the new screen frame and remove the 4 fixing strips of the screen frame
4. Take out the 8K screen, tear off the protective film on the front and back (not the screen protective film); carefully put it into the screen frame, and fix the 4 fixing strips with screws (note that the fixing strip screws should not be tightened too much)
5. Find this metal part from the accessories bag, fix it to the screen frame with cup head 3×5 screws and fix the screen PCB part to the metal part.
6. Connect the screen cable to the screen port, put the screen frame and the screen into the machine, and fix the screen frame with flat head 4×10 screws.
7. Paste the shading tape and the screen replacement is completed
Replacing LED arrays and other modules
This guide covers how to replace LED array. It requires a sturdy place so make sure you this guide first to create working space:

The relevant accessories have been installed on the new LED array and the cables have been connected. Just install the left and right brackets, fix the LED array to the brackets, connect the cable of the switching power supply to the Rocker switch, and connect the remaining cables to the mainboard.
The upgrade kit no longer uses the HDMI driver board, which can be removed if it affects the LED array installation.
1. Loosen all cable clips and disconnect all connected cables. Use an Allen wrench to remove the four screws on the mainboard bracket and remove the bracket
2. Remove the four screws that fix the LED array and take out the LED array. This is what it looks like after taking out the LED array
3. Remove the screws that secure the turbofan, take out the turbofan, find the fan interface terminal, and cut off the turbofan cable
4. The original touchscreen cable may be too short. Replace it with the included touchscreen cable from the package
5. Fix the left and right light source brackets on the LED array with cup head 4×12 screws (the mainboard is on the left, and the switch power supply is on the right)

On this side of the power supply, there is a switch.
The one shown as“230” is suitable for 200V-240V.
The one shown as“115” is suitable for 100V-120V.
6. Place the entire LED array with the bracket installed into the machine, align it with the holes and fix it with cup head 4×8 screws (pay attention to the direction)

7. Unplug the original three input cables of the rocker switch, and connect the other end of the input cable of the switching power supply to the rocker switch (pay attention to the positive and negative poles)
8. Connect the remaining cables to the mainboard; Secure longer cables with cable ties; The touchscreen cable is fixed to the side of the fan with double-sided tape.

If the Case fan connector does not fully plug into the new mainboard, replace the included connector.
How to do it: Loosen the connector screws, remove the cable, connect the cable to the new connector and tighten the screws. Note: Connect according to the original positive and negative poles.
Connect the power supply, start the machine, do an exposure test, and confirm that the LED array is lit and the screen displays a rectangle, as shown below. After normal, install the bottom cover and back cover back to the machine, and the installation is complete.
(Note: After the upgrade is completed, you need to re-leveling before printing.)

Note: Please save slices in .CTB format
Chitubox often has left over files from previous versions and sometimes it corrupts new version. Factory reset does not always work. This is how you can get a clean Chitubox installation:
① Uninstall ALL chitubox softwares on your computer
② Delete all the left over files in AppData\Local under user directory
There may be more than one directory and the name of the directory always start with chitu
③ Install the chitubox version you want.

Select "Import profile", and import the downloaded profile.

You will find 3 profiles for Deft, Neo and Blu,and the machine setting(Do not select the default profile parameters when slicing).

3. Configure Chitubox Support
①Select Support Setting icon in the upper right corner of the Chitubox program.
②Set support type to Heavy
③Set platform touch shape to skate and turn off the raft shape
Note: If you find that the motor moves in the opposite direction during the test, please refresh the gcode file: Download the gcode file and place it directly in the root directory of the USB drive, click Print, select this gcode file to print, restart the printer after printing is completed, and then test whether the motor moves in the correct direction.
