Step 01: Download the image from Google Drive

  1. Open image at Adobe Photoshop
  2. Click key W for Object Selection/Quick Selection/Magic Wand Tool
  3. Click “Select subject” at Option bar
  4. Click “Select and Mask” at Option bar

Step 03 : Under “Select and Mask”

  1. View Mode: Select Overlay, adjust Opacity
  2. Select “Refine Edge Brush Tool”
  3. Adjust brush size and Hardness
  4. Brush the hair in one stroke and brush eyelashes.
  5. Output: Select Layer with Layer Mask
  6. Click “OK” to leave “Select and Mask” mode.

  1. Create “New Layer”
  2. Add “Solid color”
  3. Rename it as “Background”
  4. Drag and drop it under portrait layer

Step 05 : Increase contrast for portrait layer -

  1. Add Curve adjustment layer
  2. Make S curve
  3. Right click on curve layer select clipping mask.
  4. Add forest image and reposition it

  1. Double click “background” solid color, select the “grey sky color” with eye dropper.
  2. Add mask layer
  3. Select brush tool, foreground color black.
  4. Adjust brush size, hardness, and flow

  1. Duplicate forest layer, flip vertical and reposition, select clipping mask
  2. Adjust the mask, as well as the portrait’s mask

  2. Select Darken/Multiply blending mode to remove background.

  2. Duplicate the cloud image and invert it
  3. Group the 2 cloud image together

  3. Bring down the opacity.

  4. Duplicate the flower image and invert it
  5. Group the 4 flower image together
  6. Select clipping mask
  7. Apply Gradient map fill layer.
  8. Select a gradient map that you want to experiment.
  9. Bring down the opacity.
