How did legalization have an impact on the types of crimes in NYC?
Criminal Activity has been going down even before the first Covid case hit NYC presumably due to better public perception leading to more laxer Marijuana and possession legislations.
NYC covid cases began around Mar. 2020 and new cases reached an all time high around Jan. 2022.
