Community connection cycle

  • Connect with a new community (who would do it, how would they get connected etc)
  • Decide what kind of infrastructure to serve them (do they need their own hub, join a pre-existing hub, etc?)
  • Connect them with documentation (e.g., does this content live in a 2i2c space? A community space?)
  • Set up a plan for training and make an event (e.g. do we do workshops in batches or have one per community)
  • Run the event (e.g., who is the one running the actual workshops)
  • Do a follow-up (e.g., do they continue using the hub if they wish? How do we remain engaged with them?)
