Physical Fitness is the ability to perform activities or task efficiently and effectively without getting tired. Physical Fitness includes health-related and skill-related fitness.
Health-related fitness refers to fitness components that are responsible to the body’s function that offers protection from any diseases. Health-related physical fitness can be achieved and maintained through the regular participation of any physical activities.

1.Cardiovascular Endurance | the ability of the heart, blood vessels and the respiratory system to deliver oxygen throughout the body over an extended period of time. | Three-minute Step Test, Walking, Running and Jogging |

4.Body Composition | the amount of fat in the body compared to the body mass | Measuring height and weight |
Skill-Related Fitness is the ability to perform motor skills needed in various sports. This component focuses more on performance of skills than good health.
