Application Info

Application Deadline: The application must be completed with attachments by August 23 @ 11:59pm. You will be able to edit at anytime up to that date and time.

These courses are Associated Student Body & Renaissance, they both plan campus events and work to build our SHHS student community. Students will learn and practice leadership skills through a variety of activities, events, and projects at SHHS that aim to improve school culture.

Campaign materials must be approved by Mrs. Wallis before posting (email or show all media)

Campaign Guidelines

POSTERS/FLYERS�Each candidate may have a maximum of fifty 8.5x11 inch flyers�Each candidate may have a maximum of ten 22x28 inch posters�Posters and flyers may not cover other flyers, murals, or paintings on campus�ASB supplies may not be used for campaigning purposes�All campaign slogans, and posters/flyers must be approved by ASB adviser

POSTER HANGING and REMOVAL�Posters can be hung starting at 7:30am on the first day of campaigning (4/17)�All posters must be removed before 3:30 on the last day of campaigning (4/21)

LOCATION OF POSTERS/FLYERS�Posters and flyers may NOT be hung in classrooms�All campaign slogans, and posters/flyers must be approved by ASB adviser�Do not climb on buildings to hang posters

Other Collateral

T-shirts, clothing and other accessories are allowed BUT NO GIVEAWAYS

�Buttons are okay but no giveaways (pencils, erasers, stickers etc…)�

NO CANDY OR FOOD OR BEVERAGE DISTRIBUTION

Keep it simple- If you show up to school in support, it’s probably allowed. If you’re giving things away on campus as an incentive, you’re going to be disqualified.
