IP11U is a transaction code used for Rescheduling of Maintenance Plans in SAP.

When changing cycle parameters in IP11, there is an option to create Worklist which then will lock the Maintenance Plan for any changes or processing including IP10 or IP30H. IP11U will be used to perform the Rescheduling.

  • Release the 1st Call to Maintenance Order (IP10).
  • Change the Strategy “Z” again and “No” to Worklist (IP11) and check the Maint.Plan updates (IP02).
  • Try Rescheduling Maintenance Plan again (IP11U).
  • Change some parameters in Strategy “Z” again and “Yes” to Worklist (IP11) then try t-code IP02, IP10 and IP30H.
  • Rescheduling of Maintenance Plan (IP11U) and check IP02.
  • Check if IP11 is still locked and if Order Called are deleted by IP11U.
