Paddle for Pedder

Saturday 29 Feb to Sunday 1 March 2020

Help restore wild places and the planet

2 of 10

What are we going to do

Get as many kayakers as possible paddling in the heart of the Southwest Wilderness to draw attention to the need to Restore Lake Pedder.

Create an incredible moment in history to connect a new generation of adventurers with the original campaigners, the Pedder Guardians, including: Bob Brown, Christine Milne, Paul Thomas, Dick Friend, Lindsay Hope and more.

This is the first time many of the Guardians have returned to Pedder since the flooding. We will capture their stories on film in this wild landscape.
