Loto Vázquez, the founder of The Fear Hacking Method, began his search when he was only 16 years old. He searched and searched for 6 years, in yoga, in books, in courses, seminars, in natural therapies, during the Philosophy master at college… Until he was 22 years old when he finally found a practice that allowed him to experience the fullness and inner peace (almost) whenever he “chose” it. For the next 11 years, he trained as a monk in the same practice and dedicated himself to traveling and teaching that Encounter internationally…

About the Founder…

But one day the love of his life, his wife, took him to their garden, looked him in the eye, and told him they were finished. That first piece of dominoes of his overthrown life made Loto wake up to how many areas of his life were not yet completely free, aligned, and in coherence with his most honest dreams…

Loto began another journey of radical self-discovery and this time more honest, no longer following any guru, following only his own truth…
