Matthew Hernandez�President
Matthew has consulted with hundreds of dental specialists on referral and practice management optimization. He is a 3rd generation denturist with a background that is deeply rooted in multi-disciplinary comprehensive patient care across a variety of demographics. He opened/developed 35 start-up dental practices in Washington State, 5 dental laboratories, 1 mobile dental practice and was the COO of Casablanca Dental Management.
In 2009, he started Seraph Dental Management which specializes in remote start-up/management for dental practices utilizing strategic KPI’s unique to each practice/team/doctor while maintaining constant communication while leveraging the latest in video conference platforms. Matthew also spent time as a consultant with EndoMaster. Matthew has a firm belief in empowering dental practices to operate more efficiently while minimizing the day-to-day stresses of running the “Business” of dentistry.

Dr. Brent Boyse�Investing Founder
Dr. Boyse has grown his Oral Surgery practice to be the largest in Arizona (AZ Max) with 5 locations, 6 doctors, and over 700 referring offices. He joined forces with Travis Rodgers in 2018 to develop the first version of OneClick.
He speak and consultant around the globe with Oral Surgeons and is widely recognized as one of the leading Oral Surgeons in the United States. He also runs an elite study club of Oral Surgeons called, “Peak Performance”.
He graduated with honors from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, where he was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency in Rochester, New York. He became Board Certified in 2005 through the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
