Strengths

• Non availability of consideration of Climate impacts
• Not properly identifying the Inflows from Factories (Waste Water Quality)
• Have not included the requirement of a steering committee to implement the WSP

​

Weaknesses

• Appoint a steering committee to implement the programme with the support of BOI
• Need to do a proper stakeholder analysis including motivating and constraining factors
• Need to establish SSP priorities (including excreta flow diagrams)

Next steps

Road map 2026

• Need to include impact of consumption of agricultural products using treated sludge as fertilizers
• Needs to properly identify characterisation of system inflows from factories.
• Needs to properly characterize exposure groups and include possibility of groundwater contamination

Module 2

• Risk assessment table needs to be updated based on properly identifying hazardous event and sanitation step
• Needs to incorporate Number of people at risk due to each hazard
• Needs to tabularize the projection of changes in risks with climate change scenarios while prioritizing hazardous events.

• Needs to develop incremental improvement plan for next 3 years
• Needs to incorporate the supports needs to be taken from the BOI

• Need to update operational verification plan incorporating the commitments from BOI
