Login to Bookeasy

Enter the Username and Password for your Tourism Centre

Once logged in you will want to go to the itinerary setup screen.

From the Main Menu, click the hamburger menu to access the left hand menu and go to Itinerary setup edit your business details.

Alternatively you can search the menu name in the available field or copy and paste the below link

Add your logo

  • Logo must be a .jpg or .png
  • Logo must be 350 X 150

To add your logo, click the select image button to find the image on your computer. Double click and press open.

Add your Header

  • Best used for marketing
  • Include upcoming events

To upload an image in the wysiwyg editor, simply click the upload image icon and insert an image URL and click ok.

If you wish to insert a hyperlink, simply select the image and click the link icon and insert the web address

  • If you don’t have an image link, we recommend the use of many online sites such as imgur, Google drive or your own website CMS to host online images

Add your Footer

  • Best used for centre contact details

Hyperlink

  • Best used for linking the header and footer back to pages on your website

To hyperlink an image in the wysiwyg editor, simply click the image icon and then click the insert link option.

  • Set your target to open in a new tab

Email Text�Overrides

OP Overrides

You can now add text to the top of the itineraries sent to operators. This will display at the top of the the email above the IT header.

To override the text, simply click the override checkbox and enter the text

  • Override MU (24 hour email)
  • Override MP (confirmed email)
  • Override MC (cancelled email)

Guest Overrides

You can override the text to the top of the itineraries sent to guests/customers. This will display at the top of the the email above the IT header.

To override the text, simply click the override checkbox and enter the text

  • Override CU (24 hour email)
  • Override CC (request to pay)
  • Override CP (payment confirm)
  • Override CD (cancelled email)

As images can be quite ink heavy we have created an option where you can turn off the Logo, Header, Footer on the printable versions of the Itineraries and summaries

To hide the fields, simply select the checkbox and press Save Changes

You can now preview how the various options will show.

You can enter an itinerary or booking ID into the available field and select the option you wish to preview

  • This is only a preview to be used as a guide. The actual email may look slightly different, depending on the customer's computer
