Food Scarcity Game Rules

Skittles = Food Grown

Each Person = City

Each round, every city needs to collect a specific amount of skittles for the people of the city to all survive.

As the years go on, the population increases, so each city needs to be able to collect more food for the people of the city to survive

For every 4 skittles collected by a specific city, I (the government) will give that city 1 extra skittle to eat.

As soon as 1 city is not able to collect enough food, you fail as a government and stop the simulation
