Cost Per Person:

• Plane Ticket: $800
• Hotel Cost Per Person including meals: $200
• Rental Vehicle/Gas Cost: $200
• Work Projects/Activities: $100
• TOTAL COST PER PERSON: $1,300

Where is the money going to come from?

• Youth Budget- $300 (with estimated 10 students attending)
• Fundraisers- $500
• Out of pocket- $500 (You can still do personal fundraisers, letters, etc. to offset this cost.)

What do I need to do right now?

• Pay a $100 deposit to reserve your spot on the trip by Sunday, March 16^th.
• Begin the process of obtaining a Passport if you do not already have one.
• Get parents to sign and notarize Travel Permission Form & Parental Consent Form.
• Attend future meetings- Sunday, April 6^th.
