Strategic	Tactical
The strategy is the bigger picture. It’s general. Strategy questions: What’s the general direction of travel? What do we want our future to feel like? What elements of our working lives are important to us? What are our important values and priorities?	The tactics sit beneath the strategy. They’re precise and specific. Tactics questions: Which exact career do we want? Which company or organisation interests us? What role would we like within that organisation? What job title and responsibilities do we want?
