The Annunciation

While mary was living in nazareth an angel appeared. The angles name was gabrielle. Mary asked who are you. The angel replied do not worry because you have found favor in god, you will have a son and you will name him jesus. Mary was full of shock. The angel said the holy spirit will enter you , Your baby will also be the son of god. Your relative Elizabeth is expecting a child. Even though she is quite old.

The visitation.

Soon after the angel appeared mary went to visit her cousin Elizabeth. Her cousin was also pregnant Elizabeth's baby was John the baptist and mary's baby was jesus. Mary greeted Elizabeth and then Elizabeth's baby leaped in her womb. Elizabeth was then filled with the holy spirit. Elizabeth then exclaimed Blessed are you among woman and blessed is the fruit of your womb. Mary then stayed with Elizabeth for about three months.

The birth of jesus

Mary was going to marry a man named joseph. Not so long after that the ruler of the land Augustus, order that he wanted to count all the people living in the land. He asked everyone to travel back to their hometowns. Joseph was born in bethlehem so they traveled back there. They looked and looked for a place to stay but all the places had been taken. Theys aw a barn and their was were jesus was born. Mary wrapped him in cloth then laid him down in a manger.

The Presentation of jesus at the temple.

A little while after jesus was born they took him to the temple. At the temple there was a man named simaen he loved god. God had also told him that he would meet the savoir before he died. when Simaen saw jesus he knew this was the child that would save them. He then held jesus up and blessed him. Joseph and Mary were amazed with what he had said. There was also a woman whose name was anna , she heard all he had said and told everyone. When everything was done they traveled back home.

Jesus found in the temple.

Jesus grew. Every single year jesus and his parents traveled to jerusalem for a festival. . When jesus was twelve they went to the festival.While his parents were traveling back home , they realized jesus was not with them. They then returned to jerusalem to look for him. They looked everywhere. On the third day they found jesus at the temple. Mary asked why did you do this we have been searching for three days. Jesus then said why were you looking for me did you not know that I would be in my father's house. He left the temple and went back home with them and there he grew in faith and wisdom.

The wedding in Cana

Jesus his disciples and his mother were invited to a wedding In Cana. In the middle of the wedding the wine ran out. His mother told Jesus about the wine. Then Jesus said I am not ready yet. Mary told the servants do whatever jesus tells you. Standing nearby were jars. They were used for the cleaning ceremony. Jesus told the servants fill the jars with water. They did as he said. He then said dip some out now take it to the master of ceremonies. This was the first miracle Jesus had performed.

Mary at the cross

Mary was standing underneath the cross. So sad. Jesus saw his mother standing there and the disciples he loved so much he said to his mother he is your son. He then said to all the decaplies she is your mother. The disciples then took mary to live with them.

The pentecost story.

After jesus had gone back to heaven the disciples were praying altogether. All of a sudden something great happens It sounded like a strong wind. Then flames appeared above their heads. They then started to speak different languages. This was the gift god had given them.

Mary was a very holy lady. She is important to all catholic people.
