Keywords

Narrative is another word for a made-up story

The ending of a story is sometimes called the resolution. It is where the problem and other events in the story are brought to a close.

Vocabulary refers to the words that you know and use.

Writers use dialogue to indicate conversation between 2 or more characters in a story. Dialogue is shown using quotation marks.

Quotation marks are used to show dialogue in our writing. For example, “Run! Run! As fast as you can!”, the Gingerbread Man shouted.
