Guidelines

Fill your parents’ details as instructed as true as possible (at least one of the three columns of father/mother/guardian is filled as complete as possible). If both of your parents’ have passed away (or if you have guardian responsible for you), you must fill the guardian’s details. You don’t need to fill the guardian details if you don’t meet the condition mentioned.

Fill in the personal summary and objective form with your self introduction. Don’t forget to choose your sex as well.

Fill in the Academic Qualification with your education background / history. Overall grade for senior high school degree can be filled with the average score of your Ujian Sekolah (or other exam equal to Ujian Sekolah) or the average score from Class 10 - 12.

End date of the university years can be filled with the end date of previous semester academic calendar at your home university. The GPA is based on 4 scale (e.g. 3.5) based on the transcript that you submitted.

If you have ever received any kind of funding of any kind of purpose/event/program, you have to fill in this part. Funding/scholarship can be for your tuition fees, competition, research funding, etc. If you are (were) Bidikmisi, KIP, or other scholarship recipients please write the details clearly as well.

If you have published of any kind of publication (academic or non academic), you have to fill this with clear details. Academic publication might include (but not limited to) journals, commentaries, essays, books, etc. Non Academic publication might include (but not limited to) photographs, films, artworks, etc. Please write the details clearly.

Fill in this section with the any foreign language you master aside from English.

Fill in this section with skills that you have. Provide us with clear details. Example can be seen from the the picture above.

Provide us with more information about yourself which might include (but not limited to) information if you have ever been hospitalized, any medication you are having at the moment, any treatment (both physical and/or mental) you are currently going through, you academic or non academic issues, etc.

Fill in the information of people who can provide us with references about you. The person(s) must be from outside of your family. It is highly suggested to choose people who accurately understand your academic and/or professional journey in the last two years and must be contactable. (Example: professor, academic advisor, etc).
