    • Business process modeling/management
    • Business analysis

  • Programs & training sources

    • Try out methods; don’t push Biz Arch as such

    • What does “business” mean - not just processes, but functions such as sales, service, etc.

    • Have a point of view about where the org should be headed, even if it’s many years out
    • People, process and then technology
    • Strategic framing -> change leadership -> business architecture
    • Bring people along on a new path of analysis and change; frame a new way
