Goal Statement: The Superintendent will work collaboratively with the Tuckahoe Board of Education and district counsel to successfully negotiate new collective bargaining agreements with the Tuckahoe Teachers Association (TTA), Tuckahoe Administrators Association (TAA), and the Tuckahoe CSEA Local 1000, AFCME AFL-CIO Unit, ensuring outcomes that are fair, equitable, and fiscally responsible for district employees, the Board of Education, and the residents of the Tuckahoe community.

Goal Statement: The Superintendent will lead the District Steering Team Committee in reviewing and updating the Tuckahoe Union Free School District’s Long-Range Strategic Plan. Updating this plan will ensure continued alignment with the district’s mission, vision, and core priorities in teaching and learning, student well-being, fiscal responsibility, and community engagement.

Goal Statement: The Superintendent will oversee the comprehensive update of the Tuckahoe Union Free School District’s Five-Year Facilities Plan to ensure that district facilities are safe, efficient, well-maintained, and aligned with current and future instructional, operational, and enrollment needs of students, staff, and the Tuckahoe community.
