I am the first person who connects with a new learner:

to start the process of getting the learner into the program, I help them complete an application form

Their information is entered onto our waiting list and testing list

I assist in connecting learners with a tutor:

the Tutor Coordinator and Learner Coordinator work together to match learners and tutors

This process can sometimes be challenging
