TEACHER-SPECIFIC DATA & ACT 13

Roster verification uses TWO important percentages:

    • % partial/full instruction
    • % concurrent enrollment

To yield TWO important Act 13 teacher-specific metrics:

    • Achievement (% Proficient/Advanced)
      • LEAs may use this calculation or do the calculation locally
    • Growth (3-year composite score)
      • NOT available for any teacher until fall 2024
      • 2022 & 2023 serve as the first two years of the 3-year composite
