INTRODUCTION

The Seneca Libraries proposed an experiential, peer-to-peer support- based learning and employment model.

Libnlearn representative, student position is created as an outcome of this model that is mentored and supported by the Seneca Library and Learning Centre staff.

GOAL AND PURPOSE

  • The purpose of this project was to delivering an even better engagement and communication with Seneca students with the help of Seneca students to provide them with efficient and focused Library services. 

  • The goal was also to effectively contribute to the professional world preparedness of the Seneca Students while mentoring them to succeed in their roles as LibnLearn Representatives.

LIBNLEARN REPRESENTATIVES

Student Lib & Learn Representatives are the face of Seneca Libraries and Learning Centre as they meet, greet, and virtually support new and current students in an engaging and welcoming Library and Learning Centre services environment.                                                                             

They share their positive Seneca enthusiasm and provide on campus support with current and prospective students, guests, and employees.
