REMAINING ITEMS STILL NEEDED?

  • Due to SAP items we’ve addressed and since we have a specific request to “Eliminate as many exception queries as possible” are these needed?
    • Item #17: Queries needed - exceptions
      • Career exceptions? Oracle bug on prior page?
    • Item #18: Queries needed - probation
    • Item #19: Queries needed - MAXT
  • If the answer is yes, our suggestion: After colleges have gone through a complete SAP cycle, then come back to us and request a query for a SAP test that is GLOBAL if needed.
  • CAVEAT - now we’re headed into FAFSA Simplification and there may be a host of queries colleges may request of FA support to address these unknowns to date.

NEW MANUAL REVIEW ENTRY BY FA ADMINISTRATOR ITEMS

  • New C flag comment code on ISIR when ISIR has both Max Pell indicator flag and valid value in Foreign Earned Income Exclusion field
  • DoD no longer confirms IASG FAA collect supporting documentation
  • Initial ISIR will come in without IASG or CFH indicators set. School will need to evaluate and set indicator in FAFSA Partner Portal.
  • Elimination of housing plan questions – Oracle update!!!
