Namaste
Hi, I'm Kiran
I’m a product designer with 4 years in B2B SaaS and 13 years overall in design. I started my design journey in animation and visual effects, which still shapes how I think about motion, storytelling, and emotional connection. Today, I design AI-augmented tools, scalable systems, and conversational experiences rooted in UX research, product thinking, and a human-first mindset.

Imagine you’re a sales rep facing the challenge of evolving customer expectations and complex sales cycles. Traditional training methods, like static modules and basic role-playing, no longer give you the real-world preparation you need. Enter AI Role Play. This feature was built to close that gap, offering personalized, dynamic simulations based on specific buyer personas and real sales situations. It adapts to your needs, so you can practice and refine your pitch in a context that mirrors real buyer interactions, helping you stay ahead of the game.

Research & Competitor Analysis
I researched and identified key differentiators of each competitor in the AI role play market, it provided insights into their strengths and unique features. However many competitors offered basic role-play scenarios with limited AI capabilities, without integrating historical context or personalized buyer personas. These platforms often failed to provide immersive and adaptive training experiences.

Kiran Tanwar | https://www.kirantanwar.com/
Design Solutions and Decisions : Role Play Creation (Admin)
Solution:
Users can select the Avatar persona they are role-playing with (e.g., “Confident,” “Friendly,” or “Assertive”) to match their practice scenario with real-world situations better.
Why?
This ensures that the role-play reflects specific buyer personalities or engagement styles, making the learning experience more relevant and effective.

Design Solutions and Decisions: Review by AI & Admins
Solution:
AI provides an immediate review and evaluation once the call concludes, with a spider chart displaying the scoring and rubric for key performance areas. The performance overview with radar and pie charts, reviewer ratings, and personalized learning recommendations based on evaluation scores.
Why?
Real-time review offers learners a chance to improve continuously and refine their skills, increasing the impact of every session. This allows reps to immediately identify their communication strengths and gaps, while guiding them to targeted learning resources. The goal was to make feedback not just informative, but actionable turning review into a growth opportunity.

Design Solutions and Decisions: Review by AI & Admins
Solution:
Introduced a detailed transcript panel synced with the call recording, paired with talk time visualization and top-performer examples for each prompt.
Why?
This helps reps reflect on their delivery, compare it with best-in-class responses, and understand talk-time balance between seller and buyer. It promotes self-assessment and learning by anchoring feedback in real conversational context.

Design Solutions and Decisions: Analytics / Reporting(For Admins)
Solution:
Designed a comprehensive analytics dashboard for admins summarizing participant performance across dimensions like score distribution, skill proficiency, role-play attempts, and keyword usage. Key modules include performance ranking, average role-play duration, and a breakdown of top-performing users and frequently used phrases.
Why?
This layout enables managers and reps to identify learning patterns, track team progress, and discover where coaching is most needed. Visual insights like the radar chart and score breakdown help assess competency gaps at a glance, while usage stats (e.g., role-play attempts, keyword frequency) reveal behavior trends that can shape future training and support resources.
