The Objective of the Group Discussion

At the end of the session, participants are expected to be able to:

2. Explaining experiences using the ORID framework (Observe, Reflect, Insight, Decision) to consider a four aspects to do next (Keep, Improve, Stop and Start).

BREAK OUT-1. LET’S TALK

    • Step -1 : Look for partners by organization and country of origin, have conversations and review previous documents that have been created. Do it for 20 minutes referring to the ORID and “KISS” framework and take notes on clipboard!
    • Step- 2: Look for new partners or invite partners from other countries to pitch or share ideas and conversation results based on ORID-KISS, decide collectively on opportunities for ideas that can be merged, and take notes on clipboard!. Time 40 minutes.
    • Step-3 : Find a partner or join other pairs to form a Sub-region. Choose 1 (One) person in the large sub-region group to guide the expression of joint reflection, and decide on 2-3 outcomes that will be achieved by AROSP as a network in developing future work at least in 2026.
