Carline Procedures
Morning Drop Off Procedures
Drivers will enter via the outside parking lane, as in years past.
Loop around to drop off students along the curb under the awning.
Please pull all the way to the front before letting students out.
Watch for direction from Staff on Duty.
In order to provide adequate supervision, students must remain in vehicle until directed by staff. Supervised Carline Drop-Off will begin at 7:10am.
Afternoon Pick Up Procedures
Drivers may start to line up at 2:00.
Enter via the outside parking lane following the black arrows.
Loop around to park in one of the 8 marked lanes, according to age of youngest rider.
6th Grade: Lanes 1 & 2 for last names beginning A-K.
6th Grade: Lanes 3 & 4 for last names beginning L-Z.
7th Grade: Lanes 5 & 6.
8th Grade: Lanes 7 & 8.
Traffic cones will be set up at the front of the lanes.
FOR STUDENT SAFETY–Do not move or drive around cones until directed by school personnel.
At 2:35, students will exit school building and walk directly to their cars
6th Grade students with last names beginning with letters A-K will walk to their cars along the sidewalk (yellow arrows).
6th Grade students with last names beginning with letters L-Z &
7th Grade students will walk to their cars along the first median
(Yellow Arrows)
8th Grade students will walk to their cars along the second median
(Yellow Arrows)
When cars are loaded, we will release lane by lane.
If a car is missing their rider when we start to release, DO NOT WAIT
Instead, loop around again to Lane 1. (Red Arrow)
