Problem1: Disarrangement of rack cables and labels.

Solution :

Reorder rack cables.
Recheck and manage all racks and labels.

By using the fully tester we can know their labels from the rack server of voice.
Reorder lables.

Problems in quite and meeting room

1. 7 Quite rooms , 6 with clusters and 1 with floor box , numbers of points in each one (1 for data and 2 for voice) .

2. The Clusters are in bad status in the six quite rooms from the first floor till the third as well as the cable is reaching the limit and cannot be extended and cannot add new termination in case tone .

3. The patch cords are in mess due to miss management of cables.

4. The user can change the patch cord for the VoIP this leads to damage in the RJ’s and case tones ( 3 RJ and 3 case tones).

5.The phones in the quite room “3” and “5” in the second floor and third floor in orders are not available ( the points are active but it needs adapter case they VoIP phones).

Solution

Replace the clusters with back box.
Connect cables from the racks till the points in the quite rooms for each one.
Place havmoon from the point to the table carrying the cables under the carpet.
Open a hole in the tables from down to carry the cables and install the cables by screws to be 80cm available to users in the table.

These can ensure that the cables management is correct and guarantee continues using without damages.

Problems in meeting rooms

Points don’t have labels in the meeting room in the second floor.
2 Points needs to be fed.
Cables in the meeting room in fourth floor are untidy.
3 cables in the two meeting rooms in the ground floor are cut and the cables are in the ground.
2 Floor box are broken.

Solution

Label all points in the second floor and connect cables with same color and order them in correct manner.
Install cables for tables in meeting room in the fourth floor.
Replace of three damaged cables from the rack and install back box and connect them through halfmoon.
Replace two floor box with new one.
Install and manage all cables.
