- Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS/ISRO) education/training program: IIRS Dehradun, India is a premier institute of ISRO to provide capacity building in Remote Sensing and Geo-infomatics by imparting M.Tech, M.Sc and PGD programs in 10 specilisations for students and government officials. IIRS is also conducts short courses for decision makers, university faculty and participants from developing countries under ITEC program of MEA, Government of India.
- IIRS ISAT/EduSat DLP Program: IIRS also conducts on-line courses through its DLP program for more than 3000 partner institutions in India and hosts many MOOC courses. (https://isat.iirs.gov.in)
- ISRO/NRSC Bhuvan Portal : Bhuvan, is the national Geo-portal developed and hosted by ISRO comprising of Geo Spatial Data, Services and Tools for Analysis. It has many versatile features, for Example (1) Visualization of Satellite Imagery and Maps (2) Analysis (3) Free Data Download and (4) Download to enable all stakeholders. - UN-CSSTEAP education/training programs: The Centre for Space Science and Technology Education in Asia Pacific (CSSTEAP) has been contributing significantly in capacity building in Asia Pacific countries in the frontier areas of Space Science and Technology and their Applications since its inception in 1995. In addition to its core regular PG Programs which are well recognized by UNOOSA, centre also conducts many short course.
