THE NPA TRAINING AND EDUCATION WAS DESIGNED BY THE CPP WITH THE INTENTION AND FOCUS TO STRENGHTEN THE NPA FORCES, AND TO DEVELOP THE ARMED STRUGGLE IN THE COUNTRYSIDE.

SIGNIFICANTLY, THE CPP ALSO RECRUIT POTENTIAL MEMBERS IN THE NPA. FOR THIS REASON, HOLDING PARTY EDUCATION AND TRAINING INSIDE THE ORGANIZATION OF THE NPA IS IMPORTANT EITHER FOR PARTY EXPANSION OR CONSOLIDATION OF THEIR MEMBERS INSIDE THE NPA.

ON THE OTHER HAND, THE NATURE OF THE TRAINING AND EDUCATION OF THE NPA IS BASICALLY POLITICAL , AND SECONDARY MILITARY. IN EFFECT, PARTY LEADERSHIP IS STRENGHTEN, AND THE ABSOLUTE LEADERSHIP OF THE PARTY IS EMPHASIZE.
