  • Self-Awareness- ability to recognize moods, emotions, and feelings
  • Empathy- ability to understand the emotions of other people
  • Self-Regulation- making use of the knowledge of your emotions and not let them rule your life
  • Motivation- capability to manage your behaviours and feelings in order to achieve long-term success

  • Prayer/Take authority- Then Saul, who was also called Paul, filled with the Holy Spirit, looked straight at Elymas and said, “You are a child of the devil and an enemy of everything that is right! You are full of all kinds of deceit and trickery”- Acts 13:8-10

  • Counsel- Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction- 2Timothy 4:2
