Based on that assessment - and input from admin staff - you follow a personalized learning path generated by the platform. While the institution is mainly responsible for providing the PD resources, it can also access resources contributed to by other districts using the same learning framework.

The platform also provides learners an easy way to give feedback on the value of the PD resources. This kind of “crowdsourcing” helps evaluate the effectiveness of learning resources in order to enhance the program over time.

Portfolio is like your mini-dropbox to upload, share and keep track of important artifacts. Platform admins can review and collaboration around individual artifacts, issue PD credits, and even set aside specific artifacts as ‘best practices’ to standardize and share with the full cohort.

After the learning activity, teachers can reassess in order to measure the result of learning, aligned to the same underlying learning framework or set of standards.
