We are a group of Mizzou students from all backgrounds and majors who are available for one-on-one consultations and group presentations that help connect fellow students to resources to get involved on Mizzou’s campus and discuss the importance of campus involvement.

Who Are Involvement Ambassadors?

We’re looking for involved students with Mizzou pride and are passionate about involvement!

Approximately 4-6 hours per week, with flexibility geared towards your class schedule.

Ways to meet like minded people, pursue leadership, and get paid to be involved!

An average week consists of 2 or more office hours with consultations, committee meetings, projects, etc. Each IA is involved in a committee, membership, program development, or external communication.

Why you should apply!

We foster a great community where you can meet other ambitious students from all walks of life, pursue leadership opportunities, and help others find a sense of belonging on campus. We currently pay $15/hour and are projected to get a raise at the start of the Spring semester. An average week for an IA consists of office hours, committee meetings, and projects. The committees are divided into membership, program development, and external communication. Membership involves our hiring and training process, similar to what we are doing right now with outreach and recruitment initiatives. Program development focuses on the content we cover within IA at meetings, as well as what information we give to our consultees. External communication covers marketing, social media, and our newsletter, along with other projects to ensure we are a known resource throughout campus! Typically meetings are an hour or less, weekly or biweekly. We also meet once a month as a full team!
