Many self development courses are available now, especially as we are transcending into a new era / the Age of Aquarius with anticipation to becoming a one world family

It’s not just “leaving” your past, but overcoming past trauma and patterns that will liberate us

As we change we also liberate our ancestors and in turn they will be in a position to help us more

Emotionally : our feelings impact our baby in the womb

Spiritually : meditation / prayer

As education is not offered through the education system to do with preparation for having families, one can attend various courses or find good reading material

E.g. Book : Magical Parent Magical Child

As far as Birthing Facilities choices are more evolved now, along with support e.g. Doulas, Midwives

Preferably the couple can attend classes together for the upcoming birth
