Alternate Nostril Breathing

  • Close left nostril and inhale through the right.
  • Hold for 3 seconds.
  • Close the right nostril and exhale through the left.
  • Alternate sides for inhaling and exhaling and repeat.

  • Identify your priorities.
  • Stay more focused.
  • Create a mental list with intentional breathing when you need a minute to feel more in control.
