Research Problem Statement
The problem of unequal resources in EBR school is connected to a larger problem: of a lack of awareness and involvement among EBR community members.
“There is indeed a relationship between poor student achievement and the condition of school buildings.”
“By bringing in as much as $1,500 per student, the top fundraising schools appear to have been largely insulated from the effects of budget cuts. Meanwhile, parents at high poverty schools are seeing shrinking resources for their children.”
Students at McKinley have first hand experience with this issue.
Research Question
“Participatory Research Questions are designed to find data which could help us to solve the problems we are facing.”
Research Method

Students & families report that they do not have adequate resources for student success.
