  • Juhayna invented the (Zabado) drink and succeeded in being one of the first companies to produce it. Other than that, it was the best-selling drink ever.

  • The company assumed that it would make a flavor of Zabado drink to develop its product and expand the sale of the product, but what is called (the hidden assumption) occurred, which is that people do not accept this taste, and this led to the loss of the product and not selling it in the market.

  • Emotions can be used in designing advertising and marketing campaigns centered around emotion and positive interaction with consumers.

  • Intuition can be used in making critical and complex administrative decisions, especially when there is a need for quick analysis and immediate decision-making.

  • For example, a Reasoning may be used to analyze data about the types of drinks being ordered at a company's branches, and identify reasons why customers prefer some brands over others.

  • For example, emotions and feelings of customers expressing customers can be analyzed when taking drink in the company's branches, identify the reasons that lead to the feelings of customers, satisfaction, anger or reservation.

  • For example, Intuition analysis can be used to analyze customer data and predict market trends for coffee and hot and cold beverages.
