why are we doing this?

To continue to ensure the development of a rigorous curriculum to stretch personalized learning in classrooms and making students future ready as defined by the PSD Graduate Profile. Additionally, provide learning on reports and tools that can help staff identify strengths and opportunities for improvement in the curriculum, specifically assessment.

  • Learn how to run 4 types of reports in Atlas
    • Assessment Methods Report
    • Vertical Course Scope and Sequence
    • Comparative Unit Calendar
    • Targeted Standards Not Assessed
  • Engage in collaborative discussions about report results as it relates to curriculum.

Understanding of how Atlas reports are able to improve curriculum through identification of strengths and areas for improvement, specifically assessment.

    • Allows you to view the types of assessments used in a course, department, schoot.etc.

  • SCOPE AND SEQUENCE
    • Allows you to create a scope and sequence reports horizontally, vertically, of from unit to unit.

      • Comparative Unit Calendar

  • TARGETED NON-ASSESSED STANDARDS
    • Allows you to view standards that have been identified as priority standards, but are not being assessed OR have not been connected to an assessment in Atlas.
