South Adams Returning Students
Families DO NOT need to come on site for back to school registration!!! However, if you do not have access to a computer or need assistance in completing the form, please call 260-589-1101 or come to the school on Tuesday, August 5 & Thursday, August 7 (8 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
The online registration portal will open Tuesday, July 29 through the PowerSchool Parent portal. Please note - you must use a web browser (i.e. Chrome, Safari) to complete the online form. The PowerSchool App will not launch the form.To access the Parent Portal go to www.southadams.k12.in.us and click on the PowerSchool link.
If you do not know your parent login information, please contact the school office.

If you have more than one child, please make note of which child you are on when you launch the form. You will need to enter the birth date of this child.
The introduction page explains how to navigate through the form, you can exit and log back in at any time, however once you click submit, you can not return to the form and make changes.
You will find many fields, pre-filled with information already entered into PowerSchool for your child. Some fields you cannot edit i.e. gender, birth date, grade level. However, many fields you can update such as contact information.
Please look over carefully and edit data that has changed in the last year.
Continue to work through the form, making sure to answer all required questions.
Please note - Parents of elementary students will need to complete the Transportation page for each child. We apologize there is not a way to copy the information to siblings.
Prior to submitting, you may go back and forth throughout the pages and review the information entered. Once you are ready to complete the form, you will sign the electronic signature page and click next.
Click the green submit button when you are ready to finish the form. If you did not complete all the required fields, you will receive a message the form is not complete.
If your form could not be submitted due to missing required fields, navigate back through the form and look for RED buttons pointing out the missed fields.
Once the form is complete and submitted, you will receive a confirmation on the next screen.
