  • Wikivoyage is a multilingual free web-based travel guide for travel destinations and travel topics written by volunteer across the Global.
  • It’s among the 14 Wikimedia Foundation projects.
  • The English Wiki Voyage was 15th Jan 2013. However it was launched on 10th Dec 2006 in the German and Italian language

  • For uniformity, Wikivoyage follows writing manual depending on the article which your writing about to ensure that articles contain at least basic information on the topic.
  • Each category of Wikivoyage article has a template which is followed when writing the article.
