• 45 Days for fighting

CIF Ejection Rule

• Non-Fighting Ejections
• 1^st : 1 Game Suspension
• 2^nd : 3 Game Suspension
• 3^rd : Done for Season
• Fighting Ejection
• 1^st : 3-6 Game Suspension
• 2^nd: Done for the season
• This includes leaving the bench

Championship Attendance

• As students of Edison High School, student-athletes will:
• Attend school and practice daily and on time
• Complete the entire season
• Attend at least 2 period (special occasions)
• Attend when injured or sick (within reason)

Championship Attendance

• Minga
• Detention given for every tardy
• Must serve detention or will be on the No-Go list
• No-Go list means cannot play in games

Championship Academics

• As students of Edison High School, student-athletes will:
• Maintain a C or better in all classes at all times

Academic Game Plan

Students who have C’s or better in all classes:

1. Will be on a list for free entrance at Edison home games.
2. Parents can email Coach Lynch for free tickets.

​

Students who have D’s or F’s in any class:

1. D or F = Assigned tutoring before or after school until it’s fixed
1. 1 D = 1 sessions
2. 1 F = 2 sessions
3. 2 or more D’s or F’s = 3 sessions
2. Session = 30 minutes of prepared work
3. Will need to pay to get into Edison home games.

Parent Responsibilities

As representatives of Edison High School, PARENTS will:

• Model positive and appropriate adult behavior at ALL EHS events: Home & Away
• Stay off the officials and coaches.
• Do NOT verbally or aggressively attack either.
• Failure to comply will result in immediate removal and possible ban
• Will require their guests to model positive and appropriate adult behavior at ALL EHS events.
• Observe the 24 hour cooling off period.
• Be a parent, not a coach.
• Be your child’s biggest fan.

CHAIN OF COMMAND

This chain of command must be followed by all stakeholders.

• Within 15 minutes after practice or games
• Coaches will have students call on away games
• In front of Taggart Gym or Center Street Gate
• Not in Taggart Gym
