Multaqa Access: Build site for WISH event. Only access to building : Food court doors.

All vendors still accessible: restaurants, Flatwhite, Supermarket, Xerox, Nail salon, pharmacy, Gym, Bowling.

Specific route access for Talabat : entry point prior to clinic parking.

02-07 Oct Through closest entrance to F45

Upcoming changes:

24 September – 02 October :

Disruption of Multaqa activities:

Access available to foodcourt, Flatwhite, Supermarket, Xerox, Nail salon, pharmacy Only through Food court doors.
Access granted for staff throught the closest access to their offices: either CP1 or Food court doors.

01 October:

Closure of CP1 parking
Door open for QD/Multaqa Staff.

03-06 October:

Restriction within multaqa :Only access to building from food court side.

Food court open + access to washrooms + specific route for Talabat : entry point prior to clinic parking. (Map below)
Vendors within WISH will have staff access through food court doors and will provide services for WISH only. F45 closed during the day.
Loading bay access restricted to one loading bay: access only from 7pm till 6am.
After 6pm: Public Access to Flat white, Supermarket, Xerox, Nail salon, pharmacy through a specific route behind washrooms. Stanchions + security.
After 6pm: Public Access to F45: only in and out, specific route from nearest entrance to F45.
Restricted access for Multaqa staff through specific routes.
Closure of Bowling up until 6pm. Access from emergency exit.

07-09 October:

Reopening of Multaqa. Restricted Access from Food court side to vendors

CP1 parking reopen

Staff/ vendors to park at Oxygen Parking and either take the tram or event shuttles to access the venue.

Staff/ vendors will be provided ‘Venue Staff’ badges to obtain access through security.

VENDOR LOADING BAY ACCESS

3x loading bay points, 1x is designated for all vendors all day. After 10pm, fA suppliers to use all 3 points. (add map)

QF comms to communicate to all vendors about access routes and restrictions.

Multaqa security team to support on clearing the area of cars for access and egress to the loading bay at CP1 from 24^th Sept morning till 2^nd Oct night.

1^st Oct – CP1 parking closed to students and granted access to QF staff and vendors

3^rd Oct – CP1 parking access is closed to all QF and CP1 staff and is accessible to only WISH badge holders except for Vendors
