Purpose

The Facilities Improvement Committee (FIC) formed this survey to aid in the groups mission of providing the best physical plant for the education of Litchfield students. A primary use for this survey will be to help the committee gain a more focused direction, driven by the residents, for the future of Griffin Memorial School.

  • The FIC survey was opened early September and closed on Dec 6th, 2024

Outreach

  • Town and School sponsored web pages
  • Town and School sponsored Facebook pages
  • Non-Town sponsored Facebook pages
  • Hard copies and drop boxes were placed at the following locations
    • Town Hall
    • Aaron Cutler Memorial Library
    • All 3 schools GMS,LMS,CHS
  • FIC reps manned a table at both the primary and presidential elections
  • FIC reps manned a table the Litchfield Fall Fest and GMS Pumpkin Fest.
  • Signs with QR codes were posted at the following locations
    • All Litchfield sports fields
    • All Litchfield parks
    • Litchfield Dump
  • A mailer was sent to every Litchfield Home
